The story
I trained as an architect and spent eight years drawing buildings I never got to touch. The clay studio I joined on weekends became the only place where what I designed and what I made were the same thing. I quit in 2019 and set up a small wheel in my parents' garage. I make stoneware mugs, planters, serving plates — wheel-thrown, glazed in tones I mix from local oxides. Each piece carries my fingerprints quite literally. There's no tradition I can point you to, no five generations behind me. Just a person, a wheel, and the time it takes.
