ArtisticHues ships handmade orders to addresses across India. This page explains how long orders take to prepare and arrive, what shipping costs, and how tracking works. The estimates and fees here mirror what you see at checkout. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
We currently ship anywhere in India. International shipping is not offered at this time. We hope to expand in the future; until then, delivery addresses must be within India.
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Because everything is made by hand, some made-to-order pieces take longer to craft; when that’s the case, the maker’s estimated preparation time is shown on the product listing. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

When your order is dispatched, we’ll share tracking details so you can follow it on its way to you. You can also check the status of your orders any time from your account.
Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by factors outside our control — courier backlogs, weather, strikes, regional restrictions, natural events, or other circumstances of force majeure. We’re not responsible for delays caused by such events, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed and help your order reach you. If your order is significantly delayed or hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll look into it with the courier.
